7 DAY FUSS FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Blessed Baby Products (BlessedBaby), your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
BlessedBaby only provide returns for all items except for Best Buy, Clearance and Sales items. We DO NOT offer CASH REFUNDS. However, we will issue Voucher Code back into your account. Exchange request can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone.
A processing fee of RM 6 (Peninsular Malaysia) and RM 9 (For Sabah and Sarawak) will be charged for each returned item.
The following guidelines apply:
- Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise
- Items to be sent back to us with their original packaging, is not used or expired, in a re-sellable condition, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
- Discounted / special priced / clearance items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges
- Pre-order items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Exchange Items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost.
- Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
- Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers.
- For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be credited into customers' accounts with us in the form of store credit (with cash value), which can be used by the customers for their future purchases with us. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.
- The following brands/products are subject to a restocking fee in the case of a change of mind.
- Sacred Tea for Nursing Mothers (restocking fee is 20% of purchase price)
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.
We reserved the right to decline the returned items if the above requirements are not fulfilled

FAQs for Returns / Delivery
1. What do I do if my item is defective?
As we take pride in checking all orders before delivery, therefore any damages made after delivery is only exchangeable after clear inspection.
If items are found defective upon arrival, we apologize for our oversight. Kindly inform us via email email@example.com
Please include a snapshot of the defective / incorrect item(s). Do not discard the defective / incorrect items as they are to be returned to us, otherwise we are unable to process the claim.
2. What is the returns process?
Simply contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within 3 working days.
3. Why have I not heard from you after emailing?
Kindly give us up to 3 working days to revert to you. Do check your spam / junk folder in the meantime. If you do not hear back from us within 3 days, kindly drop us another email.
4. Will I be able to get a refund? How long does ot take for me to get a refund?
All refunds are processed in store credits.
In the event of a refund via store credits, kindly allow up to 5 days for us to process and issue after item is received.
5. Will you refund me my delivery charge?
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.
6. I have been refunded the incorrect amount.
Do email us at email@example.com and we will update your store credit accordingly.
7. Have you received my returned items?
We will email you as soon as we receive and process the parcel to let you know that it is safely in our hands.
8. I returned an item and it was incorrectly refunded or replaced.
Do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check on your orders accordingly.
9. Can I return items bought with a BlessedBaby cash voucher?
Yes. Please email to email@example.com. Once returned, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit.
10. Can I cancel or return a BlessedBaby cash voucher?
No, I’m sorry you can’t. Please ensure that you are absolutely certain before purchasing a cash voucher.
11. Can I come and return in person?
Yes, but you must make an appointment first before you pay us a visit! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +6011-1233 8848.
12. I would like to purchase an item that is out of stock? How can I order?
Please click on the "Notify Me" button below the product. When the item is back in stock, an automated email will be sent to you to inform you.
